Penne iperpro PASTA YOUNG - pasta with tomato, basil and cream yogurt

With Pasta Young, you can make a special recipe loaded with protein!

This is our first recipe, so with each new recipe we will learn more about particular type of pasta and how to best prepare it to enhance the flavor. We hope you enjoy this recipe!

Ingredients

  • High protein pens/penne PASTA YOUNG 80 gr.
  • Tomato pulp - a conf. 250 gr.
  • Low-fat yogurt seasoned with a little olive oil and salt - 4 tablespoons of oil
  • A few leaves of fresh basil
  • One Wasa wafer (ground)
  • Olive oil for the sauce, about 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper
  • One clove of garlic (which then will remove)

Preparation

Prepare a simple tomato sauce using the tomato pulp, garlic, two tablespoons of olive oil and salt, stirring all cold. Work the sauce on the stove for about 10 minutes. Add finely chopped basil and a grated Wasa crackers so that it creates reduces the sauce. In the meantime, cook the penne PASTA YOUNG in salted water. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the tomato sauce. Lay a tablespoon of greek yogurt on each plate and serve the pasta. As a topping, you can use a previously prepared yogurt and basil emulsion as in the photo.
